docs(demo): lead with agent-scale coordination thesis + add 1-min script
Reframe the demo around the real shift: AI collapses the cost of writing code (humans-with-AI now, agent swarms next), so the bottleneck moves from engineering to coordination/management — and at agent scale no human can track progress or avoid collisions by hand. Add a dedicated 1-minute live script for showing real-time card+voice interventions with teammates, and align the 4-min opening/close with the thesis. **Theme:** Continual Learning. **Hard limit:** 4:00. Practice to land at 3:45.

**The thesis (say this first, in either script):** AI is collapsing the cost of
_writing_ code. More and more of every codebase is authored with AI assist — and
increasingly by **autonomous agents**. So the bottleneck of software engineering
is shifting away from engineering itself toward **organization, management, and
project coordination**. Pair a team with hundreds of agents all committing to the
same repo at once and it becomes **physically impossible for a human to track
progress or avoid stepping on someone else's work.** Code generation scaled;
human coordination did not. That gap is the new bottleneck.

## 1-Minute Live Script (you + teammates — real-time interventions)
**Goal:** prove the core loop in 60 seconds — multiple people working at once,
PodMan catches the collision and **notifies everyone live (card + voice)** with
nobody having to ask. **Hard limit:** 1:00.
**Setup before you start (off camera):**
- Pod open on the shared screen (`podman.live`), all teammates joined with screen
share on. Sound on — voice is live for **every** intervention now.
- Each teammate's git watcher running so local unpushed edits report in.
- Have everyone with `README.md` open and ready to type. Pre-pick the two who
will collide first (e.g. you + a teammate).
### 0:00–0:12 — The thesis (one breath)

> "Writing code is basically free now — humans with AI, and soon swarms of

_On screen:_ the pod view, teammate tiles live, activity stream moving.

### 0:12–0:35 — The collision, caught live (the money shot)
- On cue, **you and one teammate both edit `README.md`** and save (unpushed).
- Within a cycle, a **conflict card appears on everyone's screen**:
_"Conflict: <you> + <teammate> both on README.md (unpushed)."_
- The **Gemini voice fires out loud over LiveKit**: _"<you> and <teammate> are
both editing README.md. Please sync before pushing."_
- Say it: "Neither of us asked the other. Neither of us was watching. PodMan saw
both screens plus local git, and told the whole team in real time."
### 0:35–0:52 — It scales to the next actor
- Have a **third teammate** now edit the same file (or a second file). A **new**
card + voice fires for the new pair — _it doesn't go silent on the second
collision._
- Say it: "Every new actor that steps on live work gets caught — this is exactly
what breaks when you add agents you can't watch."
### 0:52–1:00 — Close

> "Real-time awareness for a whole team, humans and agents, with zero

_Fallback:_ if voice doesn't fire, read the line aloud and point at the card —
cards are the default path. If a card won't trigger, switch the colliding pair
to a fresh file and re-save.
